This calendar shows which Special Collections will be displayed at the member schools throughout the year. Click on the collection name for more detail and images. During “Open” periods, Special Collections are available upon request.

Pick-up/Packing Procedure: The Board of Ed does not transport Special Collections. Each School Rep must pick up their first collection at our September Board Meeting. Reps must also pack their collections and bring them to our November, January, and March meetings for rotation. The final collection should be returned at our May Board Meeting.
